All orders are sent via USPS/United States Postal Service. The ecommerce section of the website will calculate accordingly. We ship anywhere that www.usps.com will send packages, which is pretty much everywhere in the world. [with international exceptions].
Order and Shipment Confirmations
When you finish placing an order online, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you need to make further changes, simply reply to the confirmation email – or contact us.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email confirming your shipment. After the shipping confirmation has been sent, you can no longer make any changes to your order.
Tracking Your Order
Your shipment confirmation email contains your tracking number. Click here to track USPS deliveries; or contact us and we’ll be glad to track your order for you.
Product shipped outside the United States could be subject to import duties, taxes, and tariffs as imposed by the country the product is being imported. The customer [the person importing the product] is responsible to pay the import duties, taxes, and tariffs as billed by the courier and imposed by the customs and import department of their respective country. Old Soul Young Blood, LLC is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or tariffs incurred by the importation of products into countries other than the United States.
Once the package leaves the United States it is no longer in the hands of the USPS – subsequently, it’s then controlled by your specific country’s postal service. This process can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks for delivery.
Old Soul Young Blood, LLC is also required, by law, to declare full value [purchase price] of the product on any waybills or customs documentation. We cannot declare a lower value on your package than the purchase price that you paid.
If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs. Customers have up to a maximum of 90 days from the date the order was made to claim their package as lost in order to receive any sort of compensation regarding their order.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES
We accept returns for up to 30 days from the date the product is received. Please try out your new backpack – put the bag through its paces and make darn sure you wish to return it. Any and all questions or concerns you may have, contact us to make sure of your decision. If you’re not completely satisfied you’re welcome to send it back for an exchange or a full refund.
If the product arrives with a defect, we will replace at no cost to the customer. Know that nothing is shipped to you without a comprehensive, thorough inspection.
If you believe your product has a defect in craftsmanship, we’ll need to perform warranty evaluation, either through detailed written and visual [photo] inspection analysis and/or actual physical inspection. This is the fastest and easiest way to get a refund, credit, or replacement. The process will be to contact us; if and when approved, you’re responsible for return shipping costs on the defective merchandise — you will receive free shipping on your replacement item [US customers only].
If your shipping address is outside of the United States, you’ll need to contact us and we will secure the best way for you to return your product.
